You must be at least 18 years old, a legal U.S. resident, and the owner of the property (or an authorized decision-maker) for which you are requesting a siding quote. Submitting false information may void any resulting estimate.

Home Fix Pros operates a matching service that connects homeowners with independent, licensed siding contractors in their area. We are not the installer. All quotes, warranties, workmanship, materials, and pricing are provided by the independent contractor you choose to work with. We do not guarantee that any specific contractor will contact you, be available in your ZIP code, or offer any particular price.

• All initial estimates are non-binding and subject to a physical inspection.
• Final pricing depends on square footage, materials selected, structural condition, permits, and local labor rates.
• Promotional offers, financing options, and rebates are provided by the contractor or third-party lenders and may be discontinued at any time.
• "Free quote" means no charge to receive an estimate; it does not imply that installation is free.

By submitting your contact information, you expressly authorize Home Fix Pros and its contractor partners to contact you at the phone number and email you provide — including through automated telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded messages, and SMS/MMS — regarding siding services and related offers. Consent is not required to purchase any product or service. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or ask to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list at any time.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Scrape, copy, or resell any portion of the site or its content without written permission.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and testimonials — is owned by Home Fix Pros or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Home Fix Pros does not employ the contractors it refers. We do not guarantee their licensing status, insurance coverage, workmanship, or business practices. You are solely responsible for verifying credentials and negotiating the terms of your installation contract. Any dispute arising from work performed by a contractor is between you and that contractor. Third-party links on this site are provided for convenience only; we are not responsible for their content.

The site and all information, content, and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Fix Pros, its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site, referrals made through the site, or work performed by a contractor. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim will not exceed one hundred dollars (US$100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Home Fix Pros from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with a contractor.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Home Fix Pros maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in a class action, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
